HR Generalist, Leaves and Accommodations

HR GENERALIST, LEAVES AND ACCOMMODATIONS, Human Resources - Disabilities and Medical Leave Services, will be responsible for advising and counseling MIT’s employees and managers on complex leave laws and policies, workers’ compensation, handling requests for accommodations under ADA and the interactive dialogue, and processing long-term disability claims for assigned departments, labs, centers, and institutes. Partner and collaborate with client areas to develop relationships and to understand the organizational structure and departmental needs. Work closely with MIT’s vendors, including Workpartners, Cannon Cochrane Management Services Inc., and Prudential.
