DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE (DAF), Center for International Studies (CIS), provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of complex programs.  The DAF balances the operational needs of these programs and oversees financial management, human resources, and operational planning.
