Residential Trade Leader Location: Aspen, Colorado Work Model: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $123,000 - $137,000 Annually RH is seeking a Residential Trade Leader who brings a sense of personal style, polished appearance, refined taste, and a discerning eye for luxury. This isn't a role for someone who blends in. You'll lead a team that serves the residential trade community — architects, interior designers, and developers — delivering the kind of experience that makes clients return and refer. What you'll do - Lead and develop a team of trade sales professionals, holding a high bar for presentation, service, and results. - Build and grow relationships with trade clients — designers, architects, and developers — becoming their go-to resource for luxury furnishings and interiors. - Drive revenue through consistent prospecting, relationship management, and follow-through on large-scale residential projects. - Recruit, train, and retain talent who share the same standards for personal excellence and client service. - Manage the full client experience from first introduction through project completion, ensuring every touchpoint reflects RH's luxury positioning. - Collaborate with gallery leadership on merchandising, events, and trade-specific programming. - Stay current on design trends, product launches, and the competitive landscape in the luxury market. About you - Proven experience in luxury retail, interior design sales, or trade-focused sales leadership. - A natural ability to attract and lead high-performing teams — you know how to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable. - Strong aesthetic sensibility and genuine passion for design and interiors. - Track record of building long-term client relationships and growing a book of business. - Polished communication and presentation skills, in person and in writing. - Comfortable managing complexity — multiple projects, clients, and priorities at once.
