Instructional Designer and Program Administrator, Comm Lab

 INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER AND PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR, Technical Leadership and Comm Programs, combines instructional design (60%) and program administration (40%) and reports to the Comm Lab Associate Program Director. Will design, deliver, and assess inclusive, outcome-based curricula, workshops, and training materials for students, postdoctoral researchers, and Communication Fellows (peer coaches); coordinate professional development, maintain educational resources, advise instructors, and use feedback and data to improve programs; and oversee cross-departmental projects and events, strengthen program operations, track service metrics, and collaborate with MIT partners.
