Protein Engineer – Antibody and Protein Design

Protein Engineer with deep expertise in both computational protein design and in vitro display-based discovery. Key skills include yeast display related in vitro selection platforms — with strong computational design capabilities. 

• Apply rational and computational protein design methods (e.g., structure-based design, sequence optimization) to engineer next-generation ADC therapeutics, from antibody architecture through conjugation site selection.

Required:

• Advanced degree in Protein Engineering or related and 2+ years industry experience
• Demonstrated computational protein design experience
• Hands-on experience with yeast display — library construction, selection campaigns, and FACS-based sorting
• Familiarity with biophysical and functional characterization (SPR/BLI, epitope binning)
