This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Location: Agawam, MA</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">1st Shift: $18.00 to $21/hr| Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">2nd Shift: $18 to $21/hr | Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">&nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Responsibilities</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment, including cold heading, roll threading, and pointing machines.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Select, install, and adjust machine tooling to meet production requirements.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Perform routine machine maintenance, lubrication, and preventative inspections.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Adjust machine settings, speeds, and feed rates as necessary.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Assist with packaging, stacking, and transporting finished products.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Qualifications</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· High school diploma or GED required.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Experience with cold heading, threading, or pointing equipment is a plus.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing specifications.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Physical Requirements</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Ability to stand for extended periods.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with elevated noise levels.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">· Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">&nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">** If interested, please apply directly to this job posting!!**</span></p><br><br><b>Pay Details:</b> $18.00 to $21.00 per hour <br><br>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
