Production Assistant

This will be a temp-to-hire position.<br></span></p><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Hours</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">: 6:00AM – 4:00PM, Monday – Thursday, OT on some Friday’s</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Pay Rate</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">: $20.00 - $23.00/hour DOE</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">&nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Job Overview:</span></strong></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">The Production Helper works in our warehouse and production areas, assisting in the handling of materials and operation of high volume paper manufacturing machines, and preparation of finished paper products for shipment.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Departments/Positions that are open:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Manually pushing rolls of paper into position and then loads them onto the machines, sometimes using a hoist</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Assisting the Machine Operator in setup and troubleshooting of the machines</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Removing finished paperboard from the machines</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Packing of finished skids and loading of paper onto tractor trailers and other delivery vehicles</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Assisting in cleanup and processing of waste paper</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Performing other cleaning and organization of materials on the Production Floor.
