To Apply for this Job Click Here Contract Senior Director, HRBP Location: Hybrid in Newton, MA (Onsite 3 days/week) A highly successful technology client in Newton, MA, is looking to bring on a Contract Senior Director, HRBP for a 6-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of strategic HRBP/talent management experience, who can partner with senior leadership on performance management, workforce planning, forecasting, talent assessments, and more. Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating organizational priorities into people strategies that strengthen performance, engagement, and long-term growth. Lead workforce and talent planning, including succession management, leadership pipeline development, organizational design, and future capability planning. Guide organizational change and culture initiatives, improving people practices and helping leaders build agile, collaborative, and high-performing teams. Use workforce analytics and talent insights to identify trends, skill gaps, and organizational needs, then develop targeted solutions in partnership with broader HR team. Provide coaching and HR expertise across the organization, ensuring effective communication of policies, employment compliance, and thoughtful adoption of AI and emerging HR technologies.
