Contracts Analyst – Hybrid / Boston or Needham, MA

Our client, an established professional services organization, is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support its sourcing and procurement function. This role will focus on reviewing and negotiating supplier agreements, supporting vendor management activities, and partnering with internal teams throughout the contracting and procurement process.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of supplier and service agreements
• Support contract renewals, amendments, extensions, and related documentation
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve agreement-related matters
• Support RFI and RFP activities as needed
• Analyze supplier and category information to help identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
• Maintain contract and supplier information throughout the vendor lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ years of hands-on contract review and redlining experience required
• Experience reviewing and negotiating supplier agreements
