A law firm seeks an experienced litigation attorney with 4+ years of litigation experience. This opportunity offers substantive responsibility, direct mentorship from senior leadership, and a broad mix of complex commercial disputes.
The practice handles complex business and contract disputes, including insurance coverage matters. Prior insurance coverage experience is not required; a strong litigation foundation, intellectual curiosity, and sound judgment are essential.
What You Bring
- At least four years of substantive litigation experience
- Experience taking depositions is required
- Strong legal analysis, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and written and oral communication skills
- The ability to exercise initiative, and independently carry assignments forward
- A collaborative approach and genuine interest in tackling challenging legal questions
