Job Description:

Our client, a professional health organization, is seeking an HR Enterprise Sales Consultant to join their team on a temporary basis.

About The Job:

Drive enterprise B2B sales, converting existing pipelines and new opportunities into signed contracts
Prospect and build relationships with senior HR, Talent, L&D, and Well-being decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, proposals, pricing, negotiation, contracting, and closing
Sell corporate leadership, workplace learning and well-being solutions, sponsorship, partnerships, and other enterprise offerings
Build and maintain a disciplined Salesforce pipeline, including forecasting, account targeting, and opportunity tracking
Develop scalable sales strategies, processes, and resources to support long-term revenue growth
Partner with leadership, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Contracts, and program teams to close and transition business

About You:

15+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior quota-carrying or sales leadership role
Established consulting practice with strong enterprise sales and business development experience
Proven success achieving seven-figure new-business targets and closing six-figure enterprise contracts
Established network of senior HR, Talent, L&D, and Well-being decision-makers
Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and utilizing established sales methodologies
Strong experience with pricing, negotiation, deal structuring, and revenue forecasting
Advanced Salesforce skills required; ZoomInfo, Salesloft, or similar experience preferred
Excellent executive communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Association or mission-driven organization experience preferred
