This role ensures the extrusion process runs smoothly, monitors product quality, and performs routine maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">&nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Set up and operate extrusion machines, adjusting settings based on product requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met and make necessary adjustments.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Perform regular quality checks and resolve minor operational issues to minimize downtime.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Conduct routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Maintain accurate production records and collaborate with the team to ensure steady material flow.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and maintenance.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Requirements:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in machine operation and maintenance is a plus</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Proven experience as an Extrusion Machine Operator or in a related manufacturing role</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and operate complex machinery</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment, and procedures</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br>If you are interested, please apply with your </span><strong><u><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">updated</span></u></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"> resume, thank you!</span></p><br><br><b>Pay Details:</b> $20.50 per hour <br><br>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
