Postdoctoral Associate

DIGITAL LEARNING FELLOW, Sloan School of Management, will develop course curricula for a set of modules for a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Management, targeted to an African audience; and leverage existing MIT courses on MITx Online, Sloan, and existing OpenEdX and Canvas platforms. The Digital Learning Fellow will work with Professors Suri and Van der Hilst, educational staff at MIT, and faculty at partner institutions in Africa to develop courses that include learning objectives, detailed content outlines, measurable outcomes, interactive activities, engaging video, and thoughtful discussion forums. For some existing courses at Sloan, the Fellow will create assessment systems; help to explore how AI can be leveraged in online education. Some of the content creation will be in studios in West Africa, so the position will require travel and collaboration with local creatives.
