The selected candidate will join the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) product line and perform a critical role of Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) in support of franchise programs in early development and long-standing production phases. The SCPM operates as a critical extension of the program manager by assuming full ownership and accountability for material execution on their assigned program(s), inclusive of strategy, cost, schedule, technical, and quality with support from a cross-functional integrated product team (IPT). Expect quick immersion into a fast-paced and highly visible environment that specializes in next-generation countermeasures that help aircraft answer evolving IR and RF threats while providing layers of defense. In this role you will:<ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Manage the execution of subcontracts and purchase orders for materials, equipment, supplies, and services of a highly specialized and complex nature through all phases of the program lifecycle.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Evaluate, negotiate, and manage assigned subcontracts to perform to each project’s specifications, quality, budget, schedule and earned value requirements to include the timely delivery of all deliverables required to fulfill the subcontract.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Author, manage and influence critical path releases of Statements of Works (SOWs) and plans to align with required schedules and subcontractor lead times</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Deliver quality customer service to both internal and external customers and foster and maintain good supplier relationships, while driving a Zero-Defect mindset with suppliers.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Participate in the support of new business and development of financial plans for the company, as it pertains to the planned outsourced portion of the style="margin-bottom:11px">Model and demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety, corporate responsibility, and security.</li></ul>Required Education, Experience, & Skills <ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience in Subcontract Management, Project Management or Program Management</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong demonstrated negotiation skills and strategies</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience in new business capture to include proposals</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience developing long-term strategies and tactical plans to achieve enterprise objectives.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Successful, proven record of leading and managing multi-discipline project teams</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building, leading through influence, and the ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) at all levels</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to develop plans specifying goals, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience with scope management and cost estimating, including estimate to complete/estimate at completion (ETC/EAC) processes.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to communicate with senior management regarding subcontract performance status (cost / schedule / resources / risk) as well as performance to financial objectives Experience communicating externally either with customers or suppliers</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong technical and business acumen</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to travel 10-25% of the time</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to obtain and maintain at minimum, a Secret clearance</li></ul>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills <ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Operations</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Master’s Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Prior experience as a project / program manager</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience leading cross-functional teams Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Program Management Institute’s (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) certification</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Demonstrated Risk Management experience</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience with information systems such as Oracle</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures with associated knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Significant experience managing the development and compliance of requirements (SOWs, specifications, contractual terms, etc.)</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong organizational skills to handle many overlapping projects simultaneously</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Active Secret or TS clearance</li></ul> Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
