Job Details: Job Location: 22 Hillside Ave Groton MA - Groton, MA, Position Type: Regular Full-Time, Education Level: No Educational Requirements, Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00Hourly, Job Shift: Mixed Shifts (Weekends &/or Weekdays), Job Category: DSP & DSP Supervisors, Activities Assistant Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm, every other weekend 12:30pm-3:30pm/12:30pm-8pm, every other holiday. The Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a dedicated Activities Assistant to help plan and implement meaningful activities for our residents, fostering social engagement, communication skills, and community connections. As an Activities Assistant, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support residents in achieving their goals. You’ll assist in planning, implementing, and documenting activities, while maintaining quality care and service excellence. What You'll Do:   Collaborate with the Activities Director to plan and deliver engaging activities. Document activities and residents’ responses to support individualized care plans. Assist in preparing materials, transporting residents, and coordinating with other departments. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
