This is a temp to perm opportunity.</span><br><br></span><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Job Title: </span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);">Assembler / Production Associate</span><br></span><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Location:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);"> Fitchburg, MA</span><br></span><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Pay Rate:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);"> $18.00 - $</span></span><a href="20.00/hour" target="_blank"><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);">20.00/hour</span></span></a><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br></span><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Schedule:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);"> Monday – Friday: 2:30PM – 11:00PM</span><br></span><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Job Type:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);"> Temp-to-Hire</span><br><br></span><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Responsibilities Include:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Perform assembly tasks according to work order instructions</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Maintain quality standards and follow all production procedures</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Complete required work orders and time sheets daily</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Notify supervisors of incomplete or inaccurate work instructions</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Report equipment issues or production concerns promptly</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Follow all company safety policies and procedures</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Adhere to ERP procedures related to production assembly</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Support compliance with ITAR regulations and company quality standards</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership</span></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Qualifications:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">High School Diploma or GED required</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Basic math and problem-solving skills</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">ERP system experience is a plus</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required</span></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Additional Requirements:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance requirements, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"><br><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);">** If interested, please apply directly to this job posting!**</span></span></p><br><br><b>Pay Details:</b> $18.00 to $20.00 per hour <br><br>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
