ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT IN TRAINING PROGRAMOur MIT program is a 12-month rotational opportunity. As an MIT, you will gain hands-on experience and in-depth exposure to hotel operations. Trainees will work in all positions throughout the Front Office and Housekeeping Departments. WHO CAN APPLY• Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism or Business are preferred. • Experience in hospitality or related professional areas. BE WILLING TO• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. • Desire to develop as a leader in the hospitality field. • Be willing and able to work in various positions throughout the Front Desk and Housekeeping Departments. • As this is a rotating position not only through various departments at the hotel but also locations company wide, candidates must be flexible and available to travel as directed to Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
