This role involves operating and programming a variety of manual and CNC machines, including equipment specific to the optical industry. Experience with optics is a strong plus but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></span> <ul> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Operate manual and CNC machines used in the production of optical components</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Program and run 3-axis CNC machines (Haas experience is a plus)</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Learn and operate specialized optical machining equipment, including Optipro SX 150 and Optipro PX 200</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Perform quality checks and ensure precision of machined components</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Follow safety and production protocols at all times</span></span> </ul> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></span> <ul> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Previous machining experience required (optical machining experience is a plus)</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Ability to program CNC machines preferred</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Experience with Haas CNC machines is a plus</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Willingness to learn and operate optical-specific equipment</span></span> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team</span></span> </ul> <br> <br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">If you are interested, please apply to this positing and include an updated resume on your application!</span><br>  <br><br><b>Pay Details:</b> $18.00 to $26.00 per hour <br><br>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
