Work Study Customer Service Assistant

BSU’s Fitness Center is available to currently enrolled BSU students, faculty, staff, and alumni.The Fitness Center's Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for:Handling all aspects of membership registrations, sales and inquiries while preventing unauthorized access into the Thornburg Fitness CenterRecording usage data and perform light cleaning of floors and equipmentMonitoring fitness center and weight-room activity and enforce policies, including but not limited to ensure proper reservations by membersEnforcing all traffic flow patternsConducting regular cleaning and sanitizing dutiesEligibility requirements:Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester.Must have Work Study award in your financial aid package
