Job Description We are seeking a Network Analyst (LAN and WAN) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures, ensuring high-performance, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LAN technologies, protocols, and architectures. Key Responsibilities<ol style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Support and maintain all network hardware (LAN ).</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Install and configure network communications systems including physical infrastructure build outs.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Support day-to-day service requests and trouble tickets using enterprise ServiceNow ticket system.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Provides specifications and detailed diagrams using standard templates for network baseline documentation. </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Use enterprise tools to help support and troubleshoot wired and wireless network infrastructure. </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Work directly with vendors and contractors to support project requirements.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Work with customers and assist in identifying specific requirements and design moderately complex network systems.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Work in a warehouse maintaining material used for projects and tickets and putting away on shelves and cabinets until needed by us or the contractors.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Needs to have experience with lift trucks and pallet jacks to move material around the warehouse within our space and off the dock.</li></ol>Required Education, Experience, & Skills <ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">High School Degree or Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience in network analysis, design, and implementation or the equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">1 or 2 years of experience with LAN and WAN technologies, including routing, switching, and network protocols.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Proficiency in Physical network design and implementation tools like Cisco Catalyst Center and Solarwinds.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Solid understanding of IT environment and infrastructure, including Cisco switches and Wireless APs as well as the physical infrastructure cabling.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience configuring Cisco switches using CLI (command line interface).</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to obtain Forklift certification </li></ul>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills <ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Good understanding of ServiceNow ticketing system.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Knowledge of UPS.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Knowledge of creating and maintaining network IDF/MDF documentation operating skills of manlifts and pallet jacks in a warehouse environment.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience in warehouse process and experience in lifts and pallet jack operator.</li></ul><div style="margin-bottom:11px">#LI-DM2 #LI-Onsite</div> Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $64926 - $110374 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
