Human Resources Business Partner

HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER, Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR), to provide HR generalist consultation and operational support to administrative units and research-related organizations across OVPR. Will advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and workplace matters; partner with MIT Human Resources on position classifications, salary recommendations, and other personnel matters; manage HR transactions related to hiring, promotions, transfers, leaves, and salary changes; support annual performance management and salary review processes; coordinate full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities; collaborate with managers and leadership on staffing needs, workforce planning, and organizational priorities; monitor and analyze workforce data to support decision-making; manage assigned HR programs and projects, including employee recognition and engagement initiatives; and contribute to process improvements, employee development, and organizational change initiatives.
