To Apply for this Job Click Here Part Time Controller / CFO – Remote but must be local to Boston, MA Our client, a nonprofit organization, is seeking a part-time finance leader to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and grant-related activities. This hands-on role will support day-to-day financial management while providing strategic guidance to organizational leadership. Responsibilities Oversee accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting processes. Support grant administration, compliance, and financial tracking activities. Review reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes. Oversee payroll, invoicing, and other routine financial functions. Coordinate audit preparation and support regulatory reporting requirements. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to organizational leadership. Qualifications 10+ years of accounting, finance, or financial leadership experience. Significant nonprofit accounting experience. Experience managing federal and state grants.
