<p>Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an <strong>Accounts Payable Coordinator in Marlborough, MA! </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Pay:</strong> $23.79/hr. </p><p><strong><span style="color:#222222;">Shift:</span></strong><span style="color:#222222;"> Mon- Fri, 8a-430p </span><strong><span style="color:#222222;">(PART TIME – 36.25 hours a week)</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#222222;">Length: </span></strong><span style="color:#222222;">3 months with potential of extension</span></p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: </p><ul><li><p><span style="color:windowtext;">Accounts Payable work on domestic vendor accounts</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:windowtext;">Processes merchandise vendor payments</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:windowtext;">Research inconsistencies between vendor invoices and purchase order data</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:windowtext;">Vendor communication via email <br><br></span></p></li></ul><p>Education/Certificates required:</p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent</p></li></ul><p> </p><p>Qualifications for this position:</p><ul><li><p>Accounts payable experience</p></li><li><p>Good attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to pivot when changes arise</p></li></ul><p><em> </em></p><p>As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
