<p><strong>Adecco is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Technician in Wilmington, MA.</strong> </p><p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Manufacturing Operations Technician<br><strong>Location:</strong> Wilmington, MA<br><strong>Location Type:</strong> On-Site<br><strong>Pay:</strong> $27-$32/hr, DIRECT HIRE</p><p></p><p><span style="color:rgb(73, 80, 87);">Manufacturing Operations Technician<br>We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Manufacturing Operations Technician to support facility upkeep, shipping and receiving, and day-to-day shop operations. Primary responsibilities include basic facility maintenance, coordinating service providers, preparing and packaging shipments, receiving and moving materials, maintaining shop supplies and inventory, and supporting waste management and recordkeeping.<br><br></span><strong><span style="color:rgb(73, 80, 87);">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(73, 80, 87);">Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, material movement, and inventory control.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(73, 80, 87);">Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing and post-processing equipment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(73, 80, 87);">Support basic facility maintenance, equipment installation, relocation, workspace setup, and general facility upkeep.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(73, 80, 87);">Maintain accurate, complete, and traceable waste, recycling, and disposal records to support environmental and ESG reporting, and coordinate routine waste pickups.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(73, 80, 87);">Identify and report equipment, facility, quality, and process issues;
