To Apply for this Job Click Here FP&A Manager – Hybrid / Boston, MA Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking an FP&A Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. This role will partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, evaluate performance, develop financial models, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Analyze financial results and provide variance and performance reporting Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions Prepare management reporting and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs Partner with business leaders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and commercial decision-making Monitor financial performance across projects and business initiatives Improve reporting, forecasting, and other recurring finance processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of FP&A experience Strong Excel financial modeling skills Proficiency with Power BI SAP experience preferred FTNE1476675TB_1793207297 To Apply for this Job Click Here
