Temporary Part-Time Operations Coordinator

To Apply for this Job Click Here Job Description: Our client, a medical technology company located in Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Operations Coordinator to join their team. This position will start as soon as possible and will operate on a fully remote schedule between the hours of 9am-5pm, totaling 30 hours per week. Compensation is up to $30/hour. Key Responsibilities Support the execution and improvement of clients operational systems, including: Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinate inventory management, order flow and outbound logistics with 3PL, delivery and installation partners Inventory Management Track inventory levels across warehouses and field deployments Support inventory planning and replenishment to ensure product availability Servicing & Operational Reliability Help manage processes related to equipment installation and consumables replenishment Coordinate internal and external resources required to deliver seamless BPaaS offering Operational Performance Track operational metrics and help identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost management Support the development of processes and systems that enable the company to scale Client Interface Coordinate with client points of contact to ensure elite client satisfaction ratings This role will work cross-functionally with teams including sales, customer support, and finance to ensure a reliable and consistent operational experience for customers. Requirements & Skills 0-2 years of experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities Comfort working with external vendors and cross-functional internal teams Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational issues and propose solutions Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of operational challenges Passion for the company’s mission to support and empower working mothers Entrepreneurial mindset with a belief that no problem is too big to solve. 1476997_1791224143 To Apply for this Job Click Here
