Inventory Control Specialist

<p>Adecco is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Lowell! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a great and growing company!</p><p></p><p><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Pay:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"> $20–$24/hour DOE<br></span><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Shift:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">&nbsp;11:00 AM – Close<br></span></p><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Job Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Enter and update inventory transactions in the ERP system (receipts, transfers, production usage, adjustments, shipments)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Review daily inventory activity and reconcile discrepancies</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Maintain organized electronic and physical inventory records</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Generate routine inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Support production and material flow to minimize downtime</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Assist with audits, reconciliations, and inventory-related investigations</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Train team members on inventory procedures and best practices</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Requirements:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">High school diploma or equivalent</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">2+ years in inventory control, manufacturing, warehouse, or operational role preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Basic ERP knowledge and intermediate Excel skills preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Ability or willingness to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Fluent in English; Spanish a plus</span></p></li></ul><p><br>If you are interested, please apply with your <strong><u>updated</u></strong> resume!</p><br><br><b>Pay Details:</b> $20.00 to $24.00 per hour <br><br>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
