Education Support Specialist

EDUCATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST, Comparative Media Studies/Writing - MIT for America Calculus Project, will collaboratively design, plan, and execute tutoring programs to support our mission of expanding access to calculus education in lower-resourced high schools and to students across the United States. Under the direction of the MIT for America Calculus Project Team Lead, this position will design and lead in-person and virtual training for undergraduate and alumni tutors, provide coaching and support for virtual tutors and at in-person summer program sites, and coordinate feedback from tutors and external partners to strengthen tutor development and program quality. The position will also support tutor recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. Other duties as needed or required.
