<h1 style="text-align:start">Medical Screening Clinician</h1>Location: Dedham, MA Pay Rate: $25.00–$27.63 per hour Assignment Dates: November 16, 2026 – February 13, 2027 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM Position Type: Temporary Assignment<h3 style="text-align:start">Position Overview</h3>We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Medical Screening Clinician to support clinical laboratory and patient screening operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing point-of-care testing, operating laboratory analyzers, and processing patient specimens.<h3 style="text-align:start">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform urine analysis using a Clinitek urine analyzer.</li><li>Run complete blood counts (CBCs) using a Beckman hematology analyzer.</li><li>Perform basic metabolic panels (BMPs) using an i-STAT analyzer.</li><li>Conduct urine drug screening and mononucleosis (mono) testing.</li><li>Prepare, handle, and process patient specimens for laboratory testing.</li><li>Operate laboratory equipment according to established procedures and safety protocols.</li><li>Ensure accurate testing, documentation, and reporting of results.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient testing environment.</li><li>Follow quality control, infection prevention, and laboratory safety procedures.</li><li>Provide professional, courteous customer service throughout the screening process.</li><li>Assist with additional laboratory and specimen processing duties as needed.</li></ul><h3 style="text-align:start">Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Associate or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Previous hands-on laboratory or clinical testing experience.</li><li>Familiarity with urine analyzers, hematology analyzers, and point-of-care testing equipment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><h3 style="text-align:start">Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience using Clinitek urine analyzers.</li><li>Experience operating Beckman CBC analyzers.</li><li>Experience performing BMP testing using i-STAT analyzers.</li><li>Previous experience with urine drug screening and mono testing.</li><li>Specimen processing experience.</li><li>Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude.</li></ul><h3 style="text-align:start">Schedule & Work Environment</h3><ul><li>Location: Dedham, Massachusetts</li><li>Hours: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM</li><li>Days: Monday–Friday</li><li>Assignment: November 16, 2026 – February 13, 2027</li><li>Travel: None required</li><li>Work Arrangement: Onsite; no home visits or travel between locations.</li></ul><h3 style="text-align:start">Interview Process</h3>Candidates should be available for an in-person interview.Interested?
