Job Summary We are looking to add a Corporate Recruiter to focus on recruiting non-exempt positions for our open manufacturing roles. This role is part of the CRH Recruiting office here in Rochester that supports over 200 plant locations for our company. Our current team has over 40+ people and is continuing to grow. This is an entry-level position where we will train someone from the ground up on how to be a successful Recruiter. In this role, you will partner with the plants to creatively source, identify, and screen candidates to fill open positions. Job Location This is a hybrid role based at our recruiting office in Rochester, NY Job Responsibilities Work proactively with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their immediate and upcoming hiring needs Post all open positions to multiple sources to drive applicant traffic Review and call every qualified applicant within 48 hours of receiving their application Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position Conduct regular follow-up with managers and HR partners Build networks and utilize sourcing tools to find qualified passive candidates Use our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) to organize candidate resumes, search candidates, and keep in compliance with OFCCP regulations Will manage high volume of requisitions Other duties assigned Job Requirements Bachelors' Degree in Communications, Business, HR (or related discipline) or equivalent experience Experience sourcing and recruiting talent preferred Experience with MS Office Products, Internet search and software-based Applicant Tracking System Ability to communicate with hiring managers and candidates at all levels (written/verbal) Desire to be on the phone the majority of the day screening candidates and building relationships Bi-lingual - Spanish is a plus Compensation $58,000 - $60,000 per year Discretionary annual bonus 401(k) plan / group retirement savings program Short-term and long-term disability benefits Life insurance Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion CRH has a long and proud heritage.
