We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Digital PMO Enablement to lead the evolution of our project, program, and portfolio management (PPM) digital ecosystem. This is a strategic, high‑impact leadership role at the center of our PMO modernization journey.<div align="center" style="text-align:center; margin-bottom:11px"> <hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div>What You’ll Lead Digital Enablement Strategy <ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Shape and drive the multi‑year digital strategy that supports our PMO and the business sectors it serves. </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Modernize our PPM ecosystem using platforms including ServiceNow SPM, MS Project, Power BI and PMO adoption of AI.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Evaluate emerging PPM solutions and recommend enhancements that improve usability, workflow integration, and delivery effectiveness. </li></ul>Tool Ownership & Platform Integration <ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Own the full lifecycle of PMO digital tools: capability development, configuration decisions, integrations, release readiness, and performance. </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ensure our tools provide a cohesive user experience across planning, execution, and reporting activities. </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Oversee digital workflow optimization and ensure alignment between tools and delivery practices. </li></ul>Enterprise Portfolio Reporting & Digital Insights <ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Lead the strategy for enterprise and strategic portfolio reporting. </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Oversee the development and evolution of dashboards, analytics, and reporting structures that provide visibility into portfolio performance. </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Drive modernization efforts using improved visualizations, forward‑looking indicators, and predictive insights. </li></ul>Adoption, Readiness & Stakeholder Enablement <ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Drive the strategic approach for digital tool adoption across IT and relevant business sectors. </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Partner with PMO Training and OCM teams to support communication, readiness, and enablement efforts as new digital capabilities roll out. </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Engage broadly with PMs, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure digital tools are understood, used effectively, and delivering value. </li></ul> <div align="center" style="text-align:center; margin-bottom:11px"> <hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div>Who You’ll Lead You will lead a small, high impact team that includes the Framework and Lifecycle Manager, the PMO Digital Tools Analyst, and the Agile Enablement Analyst. Your leadership will: <ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Modernize and unify our PMO digital ecosystem </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Deliver actionable portfolio insights to senior leaders </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Improve tool usability and adoption across diverse teams </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Align digital workflows with delivery expectations </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Enable a more intuitive, scalable, and future‑ready PMO experience </li><li style="margin-left:8px">You will also support audit related research and responses by providing accurate insights into PMO tools, practices, and lifecycle alignment.</li></ul> This is a unique opportunity to lead at the intersection of technology, delivery excellence, and organizational transformation.</div></div>Required Education, Experience, & Skills <ul style="margin-bottom:11px"><li style="margin-bottom:11px; margin-left:8px">10+ years of experience with PPM tools, digital enablement, portfolio systems, or similar PMO-related digital leadership roles. Bachelors Required. Or, 12+ years with an AA degree.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow SPM and/or MS Project</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Demonstrated leadership supporting digital strategies, platforms, integrations, or modernization initiatives </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Deep understanding of portfolio reporting, data structures, dashboards, and analytics </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new digital capabilities </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience leading teams or senior individual contributors </li><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Outstanding communication and partnership skills </li></ul>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills • PMP or related project/portfolio management certification. • Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, and modern collaboration platforms. • Background in digital transformation within PMO, IT, or enterprise-level delivery organizations. • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $122400 - $208080 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
