Role Overview:We are looking for a Creative Coordinator who excels at organization and communication to manage video shoot scheduling and coordinate pre-campaign customer interactions. This role serves as a vital bridge between our clients, videographers, and artwork department, ensuring smooth communication and preparation for successful video shoot execution. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate video shoots with customers and videographers. Facilitate communication between customers, videographers, and the artwork department to ensure all project requirements are met. Assist clients with pre-campaign preparations, addressing questions, and gathering required information. Maintain detailed records of scheduling, client interactions, and project timelines. Support internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and on time. Key Skills and Qualities: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience, with the ability to build positive client relationships. Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
