This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, monitor performance, and support strategic decision-making within a fast-paced business environment. Responsibilities Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes. Analyze business performance and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare financial models and performance reports for leadership. Support pricing, promotional, and product-related financial analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable business insights. Maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and planning processes. Qualifications 6+ years of FP&A experience. Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Experience with planning and business intelligence tools such as Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or similar platforms.
