DIRECTOR, BUSINESS SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY, Campus Services and Stewardship (CSS), provides strategic and operational leadership for CSS’ business systems and technology portfolio; leads business applications, solution architecture, systems integration, modernization, and technology investments in a complex enterprise environment; translates business and operational needs into integrated technology strategies, determining appropriate use of enterprise platforms, third-party solutions, integrations, and customization; oversees solutions from design and vendor selection through implementation, adoption, support, and continuous improvement; partners with IS&T, BDTO, vendors, and stakeholders to advocate for CSS priorities, improve efficiency, reduce risk, and advance MIT’s ERP transformation.
