Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:<br><br><strong><u><span style="color:black;">Type:</span></u></strong><span style="color:black;"> Three-month contract, opportunity for extension or full time offer</span><strong><u><span style="color:black;"><br>Schedule:</span></u><span style="color:black;"> </span></strong><span style="color:black;"> 3:30p-12am Mon-Fri, Rotating Weekends and Holidays</span></p><p><strong><u><span style="color:black;">Pay:</span></u></strong><span style="color:black;"> $23.00 to $25.50 an hour </span><strong><u><span style="color:black;"><br></span></u><span style="color:black;"> <br></span><u><span style="color:black;">Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician:</span></u></strong></p><p><span style="color:windowtext;">· </span>Picking, labeling, scanning and otherwise preparing the finished prescription for final verification by a pharmacist</p><p><span style="color:windowtext;">· </span>Fills daily drug orders accurately and efficiently in a timely manner, under the supervision of a pharmacist</p><p><span style="color:windowtext;">· </span>Assists in processing returned drugs and recycle/dispose per procedure</p><p><span style="color:windowtext;">· </span>Assist in prepacking frequently ordered medications, label and store, as needed during low volume times</p><p><span style="color:windowtext;">· </span>Packages materials and products manually</p><p><span style="color:windowtext;">· </span>Pull/pick medications from shelving and other medication storage areas (prepack racks)</p><p><span style="color:windowtext;">· </span>Applies labels to blister cards and then scans product for accuracy check</p><p><span style="color:windowtext;">· </span>Alerts pharmacist on duty of any medication/product that is not scanning properly</p><p><span style="color:windowtext;">· </span>Maintains designated workstation areas and replenishes all stock supplies needed</p><p><span style="color:windowtext;">· </span>Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPPA</p><p><span style="color:windowtext;">· </span>Overtime, holidays and weekends may be required and/or expected</p><p><span style="color:windowtext;">· </span>Complies with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code.<br>Other duties as assigned<strong><u><br></u> </strong></p><p><strong><u><span style="color:black;">Qualifications for the Pharmacy Technician:</span></u></strong></p><p>• High school diploma or GED</p><p>• Ability to work at a moderate speed</p><p>• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English</p><p>• Possess and Maintain a Clear and Active MA Pharmacy Technician License issued by MA Board of Pharmacy</p><p>• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician</p><p>• Ability to sit or stand for duration of shift</p><p>• Ability to lift 25 pounds as needed</p><p><span style="color:black;"> </span></p><p><strong><u><span style="color:black;">Why work for Adecco?</span></u></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:black;">Weekly Pay</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">401(k) Plan</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Skills Training</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:black;">Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits</span></p></li></ul><p> </p><p>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
