Here, you will find a culture guided by inclusion, talented peers, comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities. Come make an impact on the communities we serve as you help us advance health optimization on a global scale. Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together.   We're looking for a versatile, experienced Senior UX Designer to help shape and deliver thoughtful, high-quality web experiences.  This role will work closely with content, digital, business, and technology partners to translate ideas, opportunities, user needs, and business objectives into effective digital experiences. A significant part of the role will focus on designing, building, and continuously improving web experiences - from understanding an initial request and framing the underlying problem to exploring solutions in Figma, implementing the experience within our content management system, and evaluating opportunities for improvement after launch.  The ideal candidate combines solid UX thinking with excellent visual design craft. They understand information architecture, content hierarchy, human-centered design, accessibility, and responsive web design, but apply those disciplines pragmatically rather than relying on a prescribed process for every project.  We're looking for someone who is comfortable beginning with ambiguity, developing a point of view, challenging assumptions when appropriate, and independently moving work from problem to solution. They should be equally comfortable working within established design systems and recognizing when recurring experience needs may require those systems to evolve.  This person will also help advance how our team approaches digital experience design. They should be curious about and experimenting with emerging technologies (including AI) and actively exploring how new tools and approaches can improve design workflows, accelerate learning, expand creative possibilities, and ultimately create better user experiences. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities:  Web UX Design & Implementation Partner update, and publish experiences within our content management system, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Work alongside the broader digital team to continuously iterate and improve existing web screen sizes and environments to help ensure design quality, accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency  UX, Optimization & Experience ImprovementUse analytics, behavioral insights, user feedback, research, and other signals to identify experience problems and opportunities.Where appropriate, define what success looks like for an experience and use post launch signals to understand whether the design is achieving its intended outcomeApply lightweight research and validation methods when they will materially improve a decision, including usability testing, stakeholder interviews, prototype testing, competitive analysis, or evaluation of behavioral dataDevelop hypotheses about how an experience could be improved and translate those hypotheses into design recommendations or experimentsBalance user needs, business objectives, content requirements, technical constraints, accessibility, and visual quality when making design decisionsLook beyond individual requests to
