The role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and GCM delivery teams — owning functional readiness from design validation through stabilization, aligning business requirements with GCM execution standards, and ensuring continuity of critical operations throughout the transition.                                                                                                                                                                         Transition Approach & Design Validation Work closely with the assigned BU/BF business stakeholders to define and validate transition and transformation scope, build impact assessment and ensuring clarity on key responsibilities and actionsEnsure no critical business disruption during transition and stabilization phases through proactive risk mitigation and operational governance. Participate in design validation, confirming that the proposed GCM operating model and service design meet functional business requirementsWork with BU/BF's to measure outcome and adoption and mitigate issues.
