In this rewarding role, you'll support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities by helping them achieve greater independence, participate in meaningful activities, and enjoy a fulfilling day program experience. What You'll Do Support individuals with personal care, mobility, and daily living needs Encourage independence, choice-making, and skill development Plan and lead engaging recreational and community-based activities Assist with positive behavioral supports and individualized care plans Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Transport participants to and from program activities as needed Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team dedicated to person-centered care Why Join Seven Hills?
