This role focuses on helping organizations improve trading, logistics, settlement, and risk operations through SAP-enabled process design and implementation. Our professionals address client needs which span the organization and impact strategy, operations, performance and reputation.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field4+ years of experience implementing, advising on, or supporting SAP Commodity Solutions, SAP Commodity Management, or commodity trading platforms within commodity-intensive industriesExperience across the commodities trade lifecycle, including deal capture, scheduling or nomination, pricing, settlements, and market or credit risk exposuresExperience supporting SAP-enabled business processes across trading, logistics, inventory, finance, and settlement operations for downstream oil & gas or adjacent commodity sectorsExperience defining business requirements, future-state process designs, testing activities, and client-ready analyses for commodity trading, risk, or value chain optimization transformationsAbility to travel 75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Experience with SAP S/4HANA Commodity Management, Agricultural Contract Management, or commodity pricing capabilitiesExperience integrating SAP with commodity trading and risk management, logistics, market data, or settlement solutionsExperience with SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Finance, or Transportation Management in support of commodity trading operationsExperience with one or more commodity markets, including power, natural gas, crude or refined products, liquefied natural gas, metals, or agricultureExperience with mark-to-market, valuation, or scenario analysisExperience working in a consulting or advisory environmentThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
