Job Description <ul><li>Manage the execution of subcontracts for materials, equipment, supplies and services of a highly-specialized and complex nature through all phases of the program lifecycle.</li><li>Evaluate, negotiate, and manage assigned subcontracts to perform to each project’s specifications, quality, budget, schedule and earned value requirements to include the timely delivery of all deliverables required to fulfill the subcontract.</li><li>Author, manage and influence critical path releases of Statements of Works (SOWs) and plans to align with required schedules and subcontractor lead times</li><li>Deliver quality customer service to both internal and external customers and foster and maintain good supplier relationships, while driving a Zero Defect mindset with suppliers.</li><li>Participate in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company, as it pertains to the planned outsourced portion of the project(s).</li></ul>Who you are:<ul><li>Consistently demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Able to work independently, as well as manage dynamic cross-functional program teams on all subcontract related issues.</li><li>Must be able to assess, prioritize, drive issues to closure and be assertive when required.</li><li>Exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.</li><li>Exhibits best practice work habits and collaborates with other subcontract team members to promote operational excellence and completeness.</li><li>Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety, corporate responsibility, and security.</li></ul>Required Education, Experience, & Skills <ul><li>Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience</li><li>Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time</li><li>Experience in Subcontract Management, Project Management or Program Management</li><li>Strong demonstrated negotiation skills and strategies</li><li>Experience in new business capture to include proposals</li><li>Experience developing long-term strategies and tactical plans to achieve enterprise objectives.</li><li>Successful, proven record of leading and managing multi-discipline project teams</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building, leading through influence, and the ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) at all levels</li><li>Ability to develop plans specifying goals, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources</li><li>Experience with scope management and cost estimating, including estimate to complete/estimate at completion (ETC/EAC) processes.</li><li>Ability to communicate with senior management regarding subcontract performance status (cost / schedule / resources / risk) as well as performance to financial objectives</li><li>Experience communicating externally either with customers or suppliers</li><li>Strong technical and business acumen</li><li>Ability to obtain and main a Secret level clearance.</li></ul>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Operations</li><li>Prior experience as a project manager</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional teams Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)</li><li>Program Management Institute’s (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) certification</li><li>Demonstrated Risk Management experience</li><li>Experience with information systems such as Oracle</li><li>Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures with associated knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)</li><li>Significant experience managing the development and compliance of requirements (SOWs, specifications, contractual terms, etc.)</li><li>Strong organizational skills to handle many overlapping projects simultaneously</li></ul> Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
