Social Media Marketing Intern at East Coast Realty

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Content Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will create, edit, and publish engaging content to support the marketing and communications initiatives of East Coast Realty and its related brands, including Rentwise Boston and 5U Boston. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about social media, video content creation, and digital marketing to gain hands on experience in the real estate industry.

Hourly Rate: $18-$22/ Hour

Parttime

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating engaging social media content, including short form videos, photos, and graphics, that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Assist with video filming, editing, and content production for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Write engaging captions and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and visual materials.
• Maintain and update social media content calendars.
• Ensure content aligns with marketing strategies and brand messaging.
• Incorporate feedback to improve content quality.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.

Requirements and Skills:

• Previous experience in content creation or video production through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
• Basic video editing and graphic design skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
