Our client, a leading AI-powered document management software company, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and account growth across mid-market and enterprise organizations. This role focuses on managing complex sales cycles, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering consultative technology solutions that solve critical business challenges. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience and a demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets in high-growth environments. Position Details: Location: Remote (New England) Work Model: Fully Remote Base + Commissions – uncapped with 50/50 split. Degree: Preferred Responsibilities include developing and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts; managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close; expanding existing client relationships through strategic account management; leading consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders; collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions; maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting; and consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience; proven success selling complex software solutions into mid-market or enterprise organizations; experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles; strong consultative selling capabilities and familiarity with methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar frameworks; a track record of exceeding sales goals and generating measurable revenue growth; and experience selling into regulated or knowledge-based industries such as manufacturing, professional services, energy, utilities, finance, or related sectors.
