This is a temp-to-hire role offering flexibility in start times. If you are a detail-oriented individual with experience in manufacturing, we want to hear from you!<br><br></span><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Location:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"> Tyngsborough, MA<br></span><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Pay Rate:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);"> $18 - $22 per hour<br><br></span><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Shift Hours:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Flexible start times:</span></p><ul><li><p></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">6:00 AM – 2:30 PM</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">7:00 AM – 3:30 PM</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">8:00 AM – 4:30 PM</span></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Job Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Operate semi-automated micro-electronic manufacturing equipment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Manipulate fine wire coils using tweezers under a microscope.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Work with hand tools, epoxies, and chemical solvents to assemble micro-sized components.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Self-monitor the quality of your workmanship.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Maintain travelers, logs, and paperwork to track production progress and time.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Job Requirements:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Must possess fine motor skills, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Experience working with tweezers and small hand tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Excellent attention to detail.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Previous micro-electronics or small parts manufacturing experience is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Previous assembly or machine operator experience is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Strong work ethic with a reliable attendance record.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">Must have reliable transportation to and from work.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:rgb(51, 51, 51);">English is required.</span></p></li></ul><br><br><b>Pay Details:</b> $20.00 per hour <br><br>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
