We are looking for a strong system architect and technical leader to lead development teams within the Electronic Systems Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions Business Area. You will be responsible for the execution of RF system activities for the Compass Call Program. Required Education, Experience, & Skills <ul><li>Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams.</li><li>Experience leading software or systems program teams.</li><li>Top Secret Security Clearance (active within the past two years).</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or related field, and minimum of 10 years of work experience or equivalent experience</li><li>Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.</li><li>Experience with Software Defined Radio Technology.</li><li>Experience with RF System design, development and deployment.</li></ul>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills <ul><li>Experience developing systems for countermeasure and electronic attack solutions products, including electro-optic sensors and systems.</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Software architecture experience</li><li>Embedded software development</li><li>Full lifecycle development experience </li><li>System data analysis experience</li></ul> Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
