Job Description Position Summary: The Performance Assurance Specialist plays a key role in supporting program performance, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement efforts. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and contributing to successful program execution. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate and distribute performance reports, including Customer Satisfaction metrics, Traffic Light Summaries, and IRIS risk/opportunity updates.</li><li>Monitor Life Cycle Management phase/gate reviews and follow-up actions.</li><li>Maintain accurate project data within the PIMMS system.</li><li>Develop and support training content, including PowerPoint materials and PM Brown Bag syllabi.</li><li>Assist with deep-dive evaluations of high-risk or under-performing programs.</li><li>Complete various ad hoc tasks that support performance assurance initiatives.</li></ul>Summary: This role offers the opportunity to directly impact program performance, work across multiple functions, and contribute to leadership visibility and organizational improvement. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (tables, formulas, data manipulation) and PowerPoint.</li><li>2-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or equivalent. </li><li>Experience with performance metrics, reporting, or program analysis preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking capacity.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative.</li></ul>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills <div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience using PIMMS or similar program management tools.</li><li>Prior involvement in project management, program controls, or performance assurance roles</li><li>Experience creating training content or supporting learning programs.</li><li>Familiarity with IRIS or risk/opportunity management systems.</li><li>Knowledge of Life Cycle Management, gated processes, or program health assessments.</li><li>Ability to analyze trends in performance data and provide actionable insights.</li></ul> </div> Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $61278 - $104173 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
