This leader will shape LCD’s long-term strategy, lead STRAP and Strategy Deployment, and drive high-impact transformation initiatives that deliver sustainable growth and earnings improvement.</p><p>The role will translate strategy into a focused portfolio of executable priorities with clear accountability, milestones, KPIs, and financial outcomes. Two Program Managers will support execution of the division’s highest-priority strategic and transformation initiatives.</p><p>This position is designed to provide broad enterprise leadership experience and serve as a potential pathway to future General Manager roles within LCD.</p><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities</u></b></p><p><b>Strategy & STRAP</b></p><ul><li>Partner with the Division President and DLT to shape LCD’s long-term strategy and strategic priorities.</li><li><b>Own and lead STRAP</b>, integrating market, customer, competitive, portfolio, operational, technology, and financial perspectives.</li><li>Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, strengthen competitive advantage, and improve profitability.</li><li>Develop strategic scenarios, business cases, and recommendations for key business decisions.</li><li>Build alignment across Business Units and functions around strategic choices and priorities.</li></ul><p><b>Strategy Deployment</b></p><ul><li>Lead <b>Strategy Deployment</b>, translating STRAP into a focused portfolio of initiatives, A3s, KPIs, milestones, financial commitments, and accountable owners.</li><li>Establish the operating cadence to track performance, resolve barriers, and accelerate execution.</li><li>Prioritize resources and leadership attention against the initiatives with the greatest strategic and financial impact.</li><li>Partner with Finance to establish business cases, benefit targets, and rigorous tracking of realized impact.</li><li>Deploy two Program Managers to drive execution of key strategic initiatives.</li></ul><p><b>Business Transformation  </b></p><ul><li>Lead high-impact, cross-functional transformation and change initiatives across LCD.</li><li>Build and drive a pipeline of opportunities delivering sustainable earnings improvement, productivity, margin expansion, growth, and working-capital improvement.</li><li>Drive structural improvements in business processes, capabilities, operating models, and ways of working.</li><li>Establish rigorous governance and accountability for transformation milestones, risks, and benefit realization.</li><li>Partner across functions and Business Units to remove barriers, accelerate execution, and ensure benefits are realized and sustained.</li></ul><p><b>Division Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the Division President and DLT.</li><li>Bring an enterprise perspective to decisions, balancing growth, customer, operational, organizational, and financial priorities.</li><li>Constructively challenge assumptions and bring fact-based insights to complex business decisions.</li><li>Build alignment and mobilize teams across Business Units, regions, and functions.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><b>AI and Innovation</b></p><ul><li>Shape and own the division’s AI, Innovation and business transformation roadmap, translating strategic priorities into a portfolio of high-value initiatives that leverage AI, automation, data and emerging technologies to improve growth, productivity, customer experience and organizational effectiveness.</li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives that translate AI and innovative concepts into scalable business solutions. Establish clear business cases, success measures and adoption plans; track realized value; and use evidence to determine which opportunities should scale, stop or evolve.</li></ul><p><b>Measures of Success</b></p><ul><li>Clear, differentiated STRAP with strong CLT, DLT and organizational alignment.</li><li>Effective translation of strategy into executable priorities and measurable outcomes.</li><li>Delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives against milestones, KPIs, and financial commitments.</li><li>Creation and realization of a strong pipeline of sustainable earnings improvement.</li><li>Demonstrated improvement in growth, margin, productivity, working capital, and organizational effectiveness.</li><li>Increased execution discipline and accountability across LCD.</li><li>Demonstrated readiness for broader P&L and General Manager leadership responsibilities.</li></ul><br /><p><b><u>Qualifications</u></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.</li><li>10+ years of progressive leadership experience across strategy, business transformation, operations, commercial leadership, business development, or general management.</li><li>Proven ability to <b>translate strategy into measurable business results</b>.</li><li>Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional transformation and change.</li><li>Strong business and financial acumen with experience driving growth, productivity, margin expansion, and earnings improvement.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.</li><li>Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and align senior leaders across a global organization.</li><li>Enterprise mindset, bias for action, and ability to lead effectively through ambiguity and change.</li><li>Demonstrated potential for broader P&L and General Manager leadership.</li><li>Life Sciences, Laboratory Products, Chemicals, Scientific Products, or related industry experience preferred</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Compensation and Benefits</b></u></p>The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $192,100.00–$280,000.00.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
