Registered Nurse, Inpatient Complex Surgical Floor (36 hours)

Key Responsibilities:Working on a brand new 24 bed complex surgical unitProviding care for all pediatric patients (all ages), including Orthopedics, General Surgery & Urology, Solid Organ Transplant and End Stage Renal Disease patients12 of the 24 beds will have 2:1 nursing ratio for patients needing fluid management and hemodynamic monitoringWorking collaboratively to provide family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides expert careWorking 36 hours per week, rotating days/nights and every third weekendMinimum QualificationsEducation:BSN requiredExperience:A minimum of 1+ years of inpatient acute RN experience requiredPediatric experience preferredPALS or ACLS preferredLicensure/ Certifications:Massachusetts RN Licensure
