To Apply for this Job Click Here Contract Biotech Recruiter Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 1 day/week) Our client, a global pharmaceutical company in Boston, MA, is looking for a Contract Biotech Recruiter for a 6-month contract to start. This individual will manage full life cycle recruiting for a wide variety of corporate and supply chain roles while working consultatively with hiring teams. Responsibilities include: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide guidance on recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide recommendations on compensation and benefits offerings to ensure market competitiveness. Qualifications: 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience Experience working in Biotech/Pharma or Life Sciences strongly preferred Global experience preferred Demonstrated ability to proactively source for hard-to-fill positions in a fast-paced environment Effective partner to hiring managers and senior leadership Strong communication skills and commitment to a positive candidate experience H1477616BOS_1792612571 To Apply for this Job Click Here
