This is an <strong>on-site</strong> in<strong> Boston, MA 02210</strong>.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Schedule &amp; Pay</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Shift:</strong> <strong>Sunday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Hours:</strong> <strong>40 hours/week</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> up to <strong>$</strong><a href="31.20/hour" target="_blank"><strong>31.20/hour</strong></a><strong> based on experience</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> <strong>Temporary</strong> (assignment currently running through <strong>November 1, 2027</strong>, subject to business need)</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>In this hands-on leadership role, you will help ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality service and meets contractual commitments. Responsibilities may include:</p><ul><li><p>Lead daily workflow for a small team under the guidance of the site lead and/or supervisor</p></li><li><p>Support service areas such as <strong>stockroom/dock management, order management, procurement, material handling, chemical tracking, glass wash, media/reagent preparation, and cell culture support operations</strong></p></li><li><p>Provide team leadership across the employee lifecycle, including:</p><ul><li><p>Assisting with selection/onboarding of new hires</p></li><li><p>Identifying training needs and coordinating development</p></li><li><p>Supporting performance feedback and team culture</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Track and support key service metrics and delivery against scope of work</p></li><li><p>Serve as a liaison between the customer site and other teams</p></li><li><p>Coordinate vendor escorts and support customer visits as a site subject-matter resource</p></li><li><p>Implement SOPs, support site audits, and assist with annual physical inventory</p></li><li><p>Promote continuous improvement initiatives (PPI / process improvement mindset)</p></li><li><p>Support safety efforts including hazard identification, inspections, and incident reporting/investigation as needed</p></li><li><p>Perform other duties as assigned by management</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent <strong>required</strong></p></li><li><p>Associate degree in a related field <strong>preferred</strong> (or equivalent combination of education and experience; military training/experience may be considered)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>1–3 years</strong> of progressively responsible experience required</p></li><li><p>Experience in a <strong>GxP environment</strong> required</p></li><li><p><strong>IATA / U.S. DOT Hazardous Goods certification required</strong></p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <strong>OSHA General Industry</strong> requirements is a plus</p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to support a positive team culture</p></li><li><p>Strong verbal/written communication and professionalism</p></li><li><p>Intermediate Microsoft Office skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, rebalance workloads, and coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Physical &amp; Work Environment Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lift/push/pull <strong>30–40 lbs. consistently</strong>; lift <strong>up to 50 lbs. occasionally</strong></p></li><li><p>Frequent standing/walking for extended periods</p></li><li><p>May work in areas with chemical-based allergens (e.g., penicillin, tetracycline); PPE may be required depending on the area</p></li><li><p>Ability to work overtime as needed</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Screening / Onboarding</strong></p><p>As part of the hiring process, employment may require successfully completing <strong>pre-employment screening (such as background check and drug screen)</strong> and meeting any site access/badging requirements, as applicable.</p><p>&nbsp;This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
