Registered Nurse - Inpatient Psychiatry -day/night - $10K Sign-on

Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding nursing care to patients and families.Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.Providing education to patients and families.Facilitating group therapies.Overseeing behavioral health specialist staff.24, 32 or36 hours, schedule is day/night rotating (approx 50%), every other weekend and rotating holidays. Minimum QualificationsEducation:A bachelor's degree in nursingExperience:1+ years of RN experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric experience preferred.Licensure/CertificationsCurrent Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)** This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on for RNs with 1 or more years of related RN experience. (Internal candidates and former BCH employees who have worked at BCH in the past 2 years are not eligible).
